The Harmar AL6000 Series of Hybrid Platform Lifts are designed to go inside your van or SUV’s rear cargo hatch area for secure, weatherproof transport of a motorized wheelchair or scooter. This is one of the very best selections for a solution that more often than not does not require any drilling or modification to install in the back of a van. This lift is designed to work with third row seats folded in floor or removed from the vehicle. An easy to use wired pendant or optional wireless control brings the unit in/out and up and down to load your mobility device with ease. Optional retractable belts are available to secure the scooter or wheelchair, and models come with sliding tension belts, standard. If your chair or scooter lacks factory supplied hook/attachment points, we can install either an under seat plate with tabbed hook ends to receive the straps’ hooks, or a u-bolt fitted to the chair’s seatpost or body can serve the purpose of attachment.
