The Harmar AL425 2-Axis Hoist Lift is a classic amongst hoist/boom style scooter and wheelchair lifts. The design can lift and swing in a chair or scooter up to 400 lbs. (450 lb.s for HD model) and can be installed in trucks, vans and larger SUVs. A removable wired pendant controller can be removed to keep it safe from the elements while an optional wireless remote option is also available to customers. This design has two electric motors powered by your vehicle’s battery—an upper motor on the hoist arm lifts a sturdy ribbon up and down while a lower base motor rotates the lift in and out for fully automatic lifting and rotation. Harmar has a wide variety of docking mechanisms available for most power wheelchairs and scooters, making this lift a great choice for carrying your chair or scooter inside a truck bed, or van/SUV cargo area.
